Dr. Debabrata Karmakar have attended International Ship and Offshore Structure Congress (ISSC) 2015 held in Lisbon, Portugal from 6th-10th September 2015. He received the award for the excellent contribution to the report presented by the V.4 specialist committee on "Offshore Renewable Energy".
